Be more Dog!

Many of us suffer from social anxiety, especially in new situations. This can mean that when entering a room our heads are held low, we feel self-conscious about what we are wearing or how we are acting, we wonder what others are thinking of us, we look around and compare ourselves to others, and it may mean that we choose to avoid certain social situations.

When a dog enters a room, it does so with its ears pricked up, its tail wagging, it feels excited about exploring a new space, thinking ‘ooh, what’s over there..’  and rushing over to check. Most of us could do with caring a bit less about what others think of us, being in the moment and less in our heads - try being a bit more dog as you go about your day today!

If you recognise that being more dog feels like an impossible task for you, it is probably time to release some of the old pain which is holding you back. I would love to helo you do this - contact me here.
