MAP (Make Anything Possible)
MAP is probably the most important tool in my modality box. We will definitely be using it at some stage if we work together. It is immensely helpful at clearing away not only belief structures and treating painful memories (when we talk about treating memories, the memories don’t disappear but all of the negative perspectives about yourself or life or others, get treated, so that you are able to view the memory as just something that happened without the emotional charge) but also clearing negative patterns of behaviour and bodily responses.
Using this tool, alongside muscle testing for the exact things that need to be cleared, clients can go from deeply depressed or fearful to being in a place of calm and strength within just one session. Its incredible to see!
