Healing from Anxiety

Anxiety is the body’s way to tell you that something needs to be addressed.

Maybe you are ploughing yourself into a line of work or a relationship that doesn’t work for you, ignoring fears and emotions which are coming up by keeping yourself ‘busy’ or past experiences have taught you to keep ‘safe’ by ‘playing small’ and every time you try to assert yourself deep anxiety comes up. Whatever it is, we can get to the bottom of it, usually very quickly, and get you to a place of calm and strength.

Always guided by muscle testing, so that we respond to what your body is telling us it wants to work on, our work together will identify what the anxiety is trying to tell you.

From there we can treat all experiences, beliefs and fears causing the issue, help your body and mind learn to relax again, identify and correct behaviour patterns which are not serving you, and then enable you to reach a place of strength and confidence.

This journey will likely involve providing you with a raft of tools to calm your body and mind, MAP work to clear beliefs and stuck emotion and CBT to help have a greater understanding of patterns of behaviour and thoughts at play, as well as many others tools as they come up as being important.

Often, by the time clients come to me they are struggling with insomnia, panic attacks, fears or phobias, all of which we can bring into balance and completely clear holistically. 

At the end of our work together, you will be anxiety free, calm, strong and ready to go out and enjoy your life.
